This page records confirmed information. Insurance excesses, additional kilometre prices and certain refund arrangements must still be documented before commercial opening. The configurator only prepares a request and does not accept bookings or payments.
Your rental company and agreement
RENT YOUR DREAM, SASU, share capital EUR 1000, 130 181 647 RCS Bobigny. Contact: RentYourDream@outlook.fr; registered office: 19 Rue Charles Delescluze, 93170 Bagnolet, France.
Choose a vehicle, dates and options. We check availability and supply the applicable terms and total price. Your request is non-binding. Before agreement, you must receive vehicle details, pick-up and return times and locations, an itemised price, driver requirements, insurance details and any fees. Availability alone does not replace this information.
Renault Mégane 4 prices
EUR 60 including taxes for 24 hours; EUR 150 for a 48-hour weekend, with precise times agreed; EUR 350 for 7 days. 200 km per day included.
Displayed prices are the tax-inclusive amounts paid by consumers. Delivery and additional mileage are quoted in advance and are not automatically added. Other vehicles have their own prices and conditions.
Driver and insurance
The driver must be at least 20 and have held a valid licence appropriate to the vehicle for at least 1 year. Necessary documents are specified before confirmation.
Third-party liability cover is required for every rental. Coverage of sub-rental, permitted drivers, guarantees, exclusions, excesses and assistance still require written confirmation from the vehicle supplier and insurer. No booking will be confirmed before these checks.
Booking payment and security deposit
After availability and terms are confirmed, 30% of the agreed total is requested as arrhes, a booking payment under French law. It is deducted from the rental price and differs from an acompte and from the security deposit. The exact amount, payment method and balance due date are supplied before agreement.
The Renault Mégane 4 security deposit is EUR 1000, paid by bank transfer. It is separate from the rental price and from the insurance excess. Return is scheduled for the day of vehicle return, after inspection and subject to justified amounts due under the agreed terms. Bank processing may delay receipt.
The website collects no payments. Cash payments connected with car rental are prohibited subject to the statutory exceptions in article L.112-6 of the French Monetary and Financial Code, including people without a deposit account or unable to use another payment method. The exception must be checked before accepting cash.
Handover and return
Pick-up is offered in Île-de-France at an agreed location. Delivery within France is available on request and agreed terms. The registered office is not a guaranteed pick-up point.
A joint vehicle inspection must be recorded at departure and return, including mileage, fuel and damage. Keep copies of the documents.
Information still to be supplied
Before a contract, the company must finalise required documents and additional driver terms; insurance, exclusions and excesses; the price or calculation method for additional mileage, delivery, fuel, cleaning and lateness; permitted uses and territories; procedures for breakdown, accident or theft; the balance due date, commercial refund timing and deposit deductions. No unconfirmed fee or excess is presumed.
Cancellation and withdrawal
Give notice at least 7 days before the agreed pick-up date and time for a full refund of arrhes. With less notice, arrhes are retained; cancellation alone does not make the balance payable. If the company withdraws from its commitment, arrhes are returned at double their amount, subject to statutory rules for particular situations.
There is no statutory 14-day withdrawal right for car rental on specified dates under article L.221-28, 12° of the French Consumer Code. Contractual cancellation terms are separate from this exception.
Complaints and mediation
First submit your written complaint to RentYourDream@outlook.fr; registered office: 19 Rue Charles Delescluze, 93170 Bagnolet, France. Include rental dates and reference. After an unresolved prior complaint, a consumer can refer the matter free of charge to a competent mediator.
The contracted mediator and contact details still need to be supplied before publication. Access to competent courts is preserved.
